SUBMISSION RULES AND REGULATIONS:      

1) The new bi-monthly "Poetry & Prose Newsletter" is available to registrants for a one-time sign-up fee of $15, payable by credit card via a secure PayPal invoice, or by check to: Prather Group, 828 Sandburg Terrace, Hendersonville NC 28791.  The newsletter release date will be announced soon. 

2) Registrants will receive the bi-monthly newsletter, have optional entry into the poetry and prose competitions for special low fees, and may submit by-lined rhyming or non-rhyming poetry and prose or articles for potential inclusion in the newsletter and receive payment and credit. 

3) All submitted  rhyming or non-rhyming poetry and prose for the contests or newsletters must be from 12-to-32 lines.  Newsletter articles may be up to 250 words.  Poetry and prose contest prizes for each issue will be $15 for first place, $10 for second place and $5 for third places (independent judging panel to be announced).  Articles authors will be paid $5 for each by-lined submission published in the newsletter, more if by assignment.

4) Registrants must request the newsletter by e-mail to prathergroup@aol.com and include their name, address and brief writing credits (if applicable).

5) By-lined poetry and prose newsletter submissions may be up to three per issue per registrant and must be original, previously unpublished and of interest to aspiring or professional poets.   Include name, address and e-mail address  on each entry.

6) Submitting authors retain all rights to their material except for granting publication in P&P newsletters.
